1. Bookings & Deposits
All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $50 (or 20% of the service total, whichever is greater) may be required to secure your booking. The deposit is applied to your final balance on the day of your appointment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service and may be refused future bookings until paid.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion, with the full service fee still payable. Longer services (installs, colour & cut) are scheduled tightly — late arrivals affect other clients.
4. Consultations & Colour Match
Complimentary consultations are provided to assess hair condition and colour-match extensions. Quotes given at consultation are estimates; the final price depends on the hair, length, and grams required.
5. Hair Extension Services
- We use premium 100% human hair. Colour, length, and texture are matched to the client at consultation.
- Once extensions have been ordered or applied, the hair and installation fee are non-refundable.
- The lifespan of extensions depends on aftercare. Average wear is 6–12 weeks for tape-ins and 3–4 months for keratin bonds before a maintenance appointment is required.
- Removal must be performed by us or a qualified extensionist. Damage caused by at-home removal is not our responsibility.
6. Aftercare
Clients are provided aftercare instructions and must follow them to maintain the integrity of the hair. We are not liable for damage, slippage, or matting caused by:
- Use of sulphate, silicone-heavy, or oil-based products at the bonds
- Failure to brush, tie up at night, or sleep on a satin pillowcase
- Chlorine, salt water, or excessive heat without protection
- Colouring or chemically treating the extensions at home
7. Refunds & Adjustments
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your result, contact us within 7 days and we will assess and adjust where reasonable at no additional charge.
8. Health & Allergies
Please disclose any allergies, scalp conditions, or medical considerations prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service where the hair or scalp is not in a suitable condition for extensions.
9. Photography
We may photograph your hair for portfolio and social media use. Let us know at the appointment if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
10. Training Courses
Course fees are payable in full at booking and are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
11. Liability
By booking with SHE Satin Hair Extensions you agree to these terms. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
